BIBLE STUDY
What is Released Time?
Released Time is an elective class where public school students are allowed (with parental permission) to leave school campus and attend a Bible class (at no cost to them). Check with your students guidance counselor for more info on how to sign up. Visit pcreleasedtime.com for more info. Currently there are 6 programs in Pickens County, all five middle schools and Daniel High School.
What is FCA?
Fellowship of Christian Athletes is a time before school where students can enjoy a time of worship through song and meet with other believers for a brief devotion. Check out their website for a free app and info on upcoming events such as a free summer basketball camp. Visit carolinafca.org for more info!
What is Teens For Christ
TFC is a time before school when any student , at no cost to them, can join other Christian students to learn scripture verses, be taught Biblical principles that are relevant to their lives as well as a brief devotion, closing in prayer.
Gettys meets in the auditorium at 8:00 - 8:25 on Wednesday mornings, check your school for times and availability.
